Education
The Chester County SPCA provides refuge for over 5,000 homeless animals each year. Many times, these animals are abused, neglected, and unwanted.
Humane Education helps us combat these statistics by teaching children, youths, and adults to care for our pets, respect our wildlife neighbors, and value the life of all living things.
The Chester County SPCA offers FREE, age-appropriate lessons and presentations on caring and respecting the animals in our homes and communities. Included in your FREE presentation are:
1) An age-appropriate, customized lesson plan/topic of your choice to address your interests, presented by Chester County SPCA Humane Educator Kathryn Sippel.
2) Brochures, booklets, and handouts are provided to attendants at each presentation.
3) Shelter tours are available!
