Low-Cost Rabies Vaccination Clinic October 6
Vaccinate Your Cats and Dogs for Only $7
The Chester County SPCA is sponsoring a low-cost rabies vaccination clinic on Monday, October 6, from 4 to 6 :30 p.m. at the shelter at 1212 Phoenixville Pike in West Chester.
The one-year vaccines, which cost $7, will be administered by Shannon Stanek, DVM. State law requires rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats over three months of age.
The Chester County SPCA will also be selling 2008 Chester County dog licenses. The licenses cost $6.50 for spayed and neutered dogs and $8.50 for dogs that have not been spayed or neutered. Licenses are required by law for dogs over the age of three months.
The vaccinations will be available for pets from throughout the tri-state region. Dog licenses will only be available to residents of Chester County.
All pets brought to the clinic should be on a leash or in a carrier. Appointments are not necessary. For additional information, call 610-692-6113.
