Nearly 700 people joined the Chester County SPCA on May 4 for our 21st Annual Walk for Paws at Hibernia Park in West Caln. The event, which included canine contests, live music, and activities for people and pets, raised over $50,000 on behalf of animals, programs and services at the shelter.
